PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEE
Payment of school fees should be made on time to ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. Parents and guardians are expected to follow the school’s fee schedule carefully, as delays or non-payment may affect a student’s access to certain facilities and services.

Fees once paid will not be refundable.

Fees will have to be paid as long as a pupil is on the rolls.

No student will be allowed to sit for an examination without the dues fully paid.

Full fees for the holidays months should be paid before the commencement of the holiday.

Fees will be charged for 12 months and shall be deposited in advance in Quarterly instalments.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

In other cases of withdrawal, three month's notice of three month's fee in lieu of such notice, must be given.

Transfer Certificate is not given on withdrawal until all the school dues have been cleared along with clearance form.

if parents wish to withdraw their child from the school before the session begins and before the child has begun attending school, the fee for first quarter i.e. April, May and June and other charges deposited at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refunded, except for the security deposit. Same procedure will be followed in the case of provisional admission disapproved by the Management
